DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased two dresses on July 6, 2022. On July 11, 2022, I received the return label I requested and shipped out my return the same day. On July 19, 2022 I received an email from Falconeri stating "The return of order 52200477 has been accepted.
We have already requested a refund of $342.28 which will be returned to you via the same method of payment used initially, as you have chosen while requesting your return.". By July 25, 2022 I still had not received my refund so I reached out via email letting the company know. On July 26, 2022 I received an email from the company stating the following: "We would like to inform you that the refund has been approved by our warehouse on 19/07/2022.
The refund should be visible on your account in a maximum of 10 working days." On July 29, 2022 I still had not received my refund so I reached back out to let the company know and my email went unanswered. I sent another email on August 1, 2022 and the company responded on August 2, 2022 stating: "We need to forward your case to the competent department, and we shall contact you as soon as we receive an answer.
Please take into consideration that it might take a few days to resolve the matter." This is absolutely unacceptable. I have filed a dispute with my bank and am sending over all of the email communications. I also tried calling their customer service number and am given an option to stay on the line or receive a callback. When I stay on the line the automated machine hangs up on me every time. When I request a call back I never receive one. This company is a scam and I honestly do not know how they are allowed to do business.

Just received my Falconeri cardigan/jacket. Fantastic quality. Have ordered this make many times from Zalando and have never had any problems with returns.
Will certainly continue ordering from this company.

Hello, same as many other customers. if you order online don't expect a refund. It never happens!

I have 3 cashmere scarves now from Falconeri and they are definitely worth the price. Fast shipping too

After several attempts using different angles I have no idea of whether Falconeri actually is a real company, let alone whether my order did, in fact, go through. I tried ordering online and the order did not work the first time. The second time it appeared to go through, however I have received no confirmation of such. Moreover, I tried signing up for their rewards 3 times to no avail. I tried the chat twice and received the response that someone would contact me. No-one ever did. I tried calling during the specified customer service hours and received the message that no-one was available to answer the call. Hello.... anyone out there?

I guess there is a tendency for people to be particularly moved to post here when things go wrong! And as it happens I only found the negative reviews here after ordering a couple of sweaters for my wife's birthday, and when later needing to return one I feared the worst!

So this is just to say (1) the sweaters were just beautiful [and a very good price for the quality -- the return was because my wife decided to change for a different neckline]. And (2) the very simple returns process [here in UK] worked perfectly, without fuss.

My problem has been solved quickly by Falconeri after having posted my story on trustpilot. Previously I did not receive a return label for my order and I could not reach anyone via mail or phone.
After I posted my story, I have received the return label and was refunded the money after 1-2 weeks.
I will order again from Falconeri, since it always worked previously. Maybe Covid and Christmas was too much at the date of my order.

I am very sorry that I didn't see this page earlier. I ordered 2 items on Friday, and not get any confirmation regarding purchase. I wrote several mails to customer service and got no reply. Additionally, I wrote via Instagram also withoutsuccess. Means on the credit card are reserved but still i dont know whether I could expect my order or no. Terrible experience.
Update as of 12/1/2021: i got reply from customer service as well as my order. I love your brand but please improve your online shopping as well as your speed regarding replays.

Nothing is easy about returns. 4 phone calls, three emails and an over a month of wait and nothing more than acknowledgment that they received the return

Extremely bad/worst online shopping experience ever!!!!!! I placed and paid an order online, but I didn't get any confirmation after, order is not visible in my account even after 2 days of placing the order. Very difficult to reach customer service - and even when you reach them, they don't find any explanation and don't provide any solution. I wouldn't have thought a company with premium products could have such terrible technical and customer service support. This is beyond the legal limit and their online shop should be closed by law. Lost my nerves and money with this company!
